Prenatal yoga is a wonderful practice that offers numerous physical and mental benefits to expectant mothers. Prenatal yoga can be your secret weapon for a healthier, more relaxed, and empowered pregnancy.
Semi Private Prenatal Yoga
For mammas-to-be! This is a gentle yoga class focusing on areas of the body that ask for extra attention during pregnancy. Each class is tailored for the women in the room and their specific needs and desires. Four students maximum per class so that each woman can receive personalized attention and support. Hands-on assists are given to support good alignment and useful body movements. Come to move, breathe, open the body in preparation for labor and delivery, and simply to connect with other women. All stages of pregnancy welcome. This class will conclude with a supported relaxation and sound healing with tuning forks, singing bowls, and chimes.
Prenatal Yoga at Salsa Fever
Similar to the semi private class but with less props and a larger group. Movement, breath, and connection 🙂 Class will conclude with a supported relaxation.
Yoga for Moms at Salsa Fever
This class is designed for Moms with small children to get to connect to their bodies and other Moms–with the option of bringing your child. This is a slow flow, alignment based vinyasa class tailored to meet the needs of the women in the class on a week by week basis. Come to move, breathe, and connect with other moms in the area.
